Rose, Ph.D. is a co-editor along with esteemed colleagues Allan H. Church, David W. Bracken, and John W. Fleenor.  Dr. Rose also contributed 2 chapters.  The first “360 Feedback versus Alternative Forms of Feedback: Which Feedback Methods are Best Suited to Enable Change?,” critically compares 360s to Ratingless Reviews, Crowdsourced Feedback, and ‘Quasi’ 360s.  The second is a collaboration with PDRI CEO Elaine Pulakos and answers the question, “Is 360 Feedback a Predictor or Criterion Measure?”
