3D Group’s Leadership Navigator® for Corporate Leaders is a managerial 360 feedback instrument that measures the most relevant leadership skills valued by today’s organizations. Ratings are provided by the manager and requested from his or her peers, boss, and direct reports.

Additional Information

A 3D Group Coach works with your Executive Director to choose individuals inside and outside the organization to provide survey ratings. Individuals who are the most familiar with the ED’s behavior at work are carefully selected, and usually include direct reports, members of the Board, and staff members the ED works with on a regular basis. Each of these “raters” completes 3D Group’s comprehensive ED360 survey and the ED completes a “Self Survey” for later comparison to others’ ratings. Ratings are completed anonymously; names are not listed or requested on the survey itself.

A 3D Group Coach leads your Executive Director through an explanation of the feedback in the report. This process includes interpretation of the results, clarification of the ED’s feelings and reactions to the feedback, and discussion of activities that will leverage strengths detailed in the report and address areas of concern. Your Executive Director may elect to continue coaching discussions and monitor progress toward development goals and action plans. 3D Group Coaches can also facilitate feedback and action planning sessions involving direct reports, staff members, and board members.

For remote employees at all levels who want feedback from colleagues on how to be more effective working in a virtual environment. 

Overview

Organizations and individuals must adapt their approach to work as more employees transition to working remotely. Working remotely requires an increased level of independence and self-motivation. Corporate Leader assessment lets executives focus on results, not administration

Challenge: 

The CEO of a biotech startup decided that the company needed to level up their leadership skills based on a recent engagement survey. He charged his VP of HR with creating a data-driven leadership development process that would address both individual and group-wide challenges. The company had just established a set of 5 core values, but wanted to use a pre-validated leadership model for broader coverage and norms.

 

 

Solution: 

All 67 leaders received 360 degree feedback using 3D Group’s Leadership Navigator® Corporate Leader survey and every leader received a 1:1 feedback coaching session to establish a clear set of development priorities. 3D Group analyzed group-wide trends to determine critical training needs and worked with the senior management team to tailor a training curriculum to support leadership training year-round.
