Individual
Most often used at the Executive and Mid-level Manager level, this type of feedback and coaching offers our most personal treatment of one’s results and action planning.
Group
Commonly used for Front-line Managers and Individual Contributors, this approach offers an expert-facilitated feedback experience at a lower price.
Train-the-Trainer
Chosen by some organizations to equip their own talent professionals with the skills needed to facilitate feedback and coaching internally.
360 Certification
An in-depth certification program that guides talent professionals through an experiential process designed to hone expertise in report interpretation and feedback coaching.

Individual Feedback Coaching
By its nature, 360 Feedback is a highly personal process. Every individual has their own leadership style, and their own unique strengths and areas for development. To maximize the impact of the 360 process, your approach to feedback and coaching should be personal as well.
The one-on-one time 360 Feedback participants spend with our highly experienced Leadership Coaches allows for a “deeper dive” into the underlying drivers of behaviors and a truly customized approach to developmental planning and accountability.

Group Feedback and Coaching
Handling feedback in a group setting is often a great option for larger cohorts of Line Managers or Individual Contributors, offering both efficiency and cost savings. Facilitated by a seasoned Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, these sessions focus on helping participants:
- Fully understand each section of their report
- Prioritize development actions based on their unique results
- Employ best practices for leveraging strengths and improving skills
3D Group offers both Small Group Workshops (for 2-10 feedback subjects) and Large Group Workshops (for 11-30 feedback subjects).
Train-the-Trainer
If you’re looking to deliver 360 Feedback debrief sessions using your internal HR Professionals, this is the option for you. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not require costly certification.
Whether delivered on-site or virtually, our Train-the-Trainer Workshops are designed to ensure your team is 100% comfortable with 3D Group’s survey tool, reporting, and approach to coaching.

360 Coach Certification
Our most in-depth 360 training offering, 360 Coach Certification is recommended to ensure a consistent and comprehensive approach for 360 interpretation and development coaching within your organization. Certification training is provided using both classroom-based and webinar format.
Two certification options exist, depending upon level of baseline coaching experience of the individuals involved. Both options are grounded in first-hand participation in the 360 process, and a two-day interactive workshop to acquire and practice new skills. Our more advanced offering (Certification 201) emphasizes real-world application, where participants have the opportunity to observe our experienced coaches in action as well as facilitate their own feedback coaching sessions under the guidance of our experts.
